1.1 No hacking
All forms of hacks are not allowed. Any client capable of hacking is not allowed. Please refer to the Allowed Modifications section.

We discourage any form of alternative clicking method (butterfly, drag clicking etc). There is a possibility of being banned by the anticheat or staff member.

Macro software is also considered a form of cheating and will be banned as such. Auto-joining is allowed.

1.2 No Bug Abuse or Unapproved Mods
Bug Abuse is the usage of Minecraft or server bugs to exploit to your advantage. Abusing bugs that gives you a significant advantage or disrupts the gameplay.

- Using F3+T as a method of autoclicking
- Using F3+A as a method of xray
- Abusing any (un)known bug to your advantage
- Abusing any Minecraft bug

PIERAY: Pieray is still allowed in most cases. We'll still be removing certain things from pieray. Trying to abuse or find ways around these limitations will result in a Bug Abuse ban.

ANTI PIERAY IS CURRENTLY DISABLED. WE ARE FOLLOWING THE RULES FROM SEASON 2 - IT IS STILL CURRENTLY ALLOWED.

1.3 Baritone / Automation Mods / Bot or Alt Abuse
The use of Baritone, auto clickers and other game modifications/software that allows you to automate things in a non-vanilla way is prohibited. Automation within the game (ex. minecarts) is permitted. However, any modifications/software made that can not be done in vanilla Minecraft is not allowed. Toggle click, although allowed, must only be used on the account that you are actively using at that moment (Main account). However, we discourage the use of any AFK mechanics of toggle click as it could resemble an auto clicker.

Any account not actively being used by the player at that moment is considered an alt and is subject to these alt/bot rules. Players can switch between accounts, but only one can be considered active at a time.

Alts must not interact with the world or in global chats. This includes Toggle Click. If you have siblings on your IP, we’ll do the usual sibling check and add notes to your accounts to avoid any unexpected punishments. This must be done through discord. Open a ticket to do a sibling check.

Alt Bot mods, such as MineBot, are only allowed under specific circumstances. A bot can interact with private chat (/msg, /guild chat, /party chat). However, you may not have your bot send any messages in public chat. Furthermore, you cannot use a bot mod to move your player, interact with your inventory, right/left click or interact with the world in any way. Such accounts using these modifications will be banned without warning.

If you would like to use your alts to teleport, you have to do this manually or have the bot respond only when you trigger it to. Full automation of bots is not allowed; having them do things involuntarily without invoking the bot yourself.

You cannot have "headless" alts. This means you cannot use methods like a VPS or server to host your alts - they must be hosted by you, on the same IP.

1.4 No inappropriate Skins, Names, Builds
- Skins cannot have any inappropriate depictions (nudity, swastikas, etc).
- Anything you cannot say in chat cannot be in a name. This includes player names, item names, pet names etc.
- Any building that depicts phallic or disrespectful images will be removed.
- Maparts cannot have any offensive/racist symbols or complete nudity/nsfw.

1.5 No Ban or Mute evading
Ban evading is using another account to circumvent your punishment. Mute evading will result in a ban if an IP mute, or extended punishment if a mute cannot stop the form of mute evasion being used. Evading a punishment can range from going on an alternate account, to using signs or items to avoid a mute.

Note: Proximity Chat is not allowed to bypass this and will be punished with a Mute Evasion ban. You cannot use any Discord server chat to bypass this mute (the Discord/Minecraft server chat)

1.6 No Harassment
Harassment is defined as "aggressive pressure or intimidation”. This will be punished on a case-by-case basis, depending on severity.

1.7 No "Noise Pollution"
Using Noise Machines, spamming blocks in safe areas, or other methods of creating noise in safe areas is not allowed.

1.8 No boosting stats (Survival Games, Challengers, SMP)
You cannot boost your own stats by using another player or alt. This can be using other players to boost your events or ingame stats. This also goes for using alts.

SMP: This is in regards to Koth, players using own alts or other peoples alts to start koths so they can win with no other player interactions or teaming up with friends to let certain players win will be classed as boosting stats and every player involved will receive a punishment.

1.9 Chunk Loaders
Do not use any machine/method to load chunks while a player is not in them, as this causes an unnecessary amount of lag.

1.10 Lag Machines
Do not use or create any building/machine to lag out the server, crash or make the game unplayable for other players. This also includes affecting the TPS of the server to affect players or gain advantages.

1.11 Overly Laggy Farms
We disallow the creation of extremely laggy farms or machines as this can be seen as an unintentional lag machine. This means that any heavily unoptimized farms or farms that cause too much lag are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Overuse of hoppers instead of water streams.
• Inefficient collection or storage systems result in huge waste.
• Farms that utilize constant water breaking/placing.
• Overuse of entities or mechanisms that serve no purpose.

NOTE: While you will be warned first for farms, any overly laggy farm or machine that produces needlessly large amounts of entities, items, or more items than is feasibly usable CAN BE REMOVED. If you are unsure about your farm design, contact an admin first.

1.12 No deliberate annoying of staff
This can result in a ban or a mute, depending on the context. TP-Trapping or killing staff members while asking for their help is also not allowed and will result in a ban.

1.13 No sending false reports or evidence
Do not send false information in a report or when providing evidence, such as spamming staff with false reports or providing fake evidence to get a player falsely punished.

1.14 No Stream Sniping
Do not attempt to stream snipe or purposely ruin games for streamers by targeting, following or giving items to streamers. This is only allowed if the streamer specifies that they would like to be targeted.

1.15 No Teaming (Survival Games)
The maximum amount of players in a team is 2. If more than two people are teaming or helping each other during a game, all players involved will be punished.

NOTE: Teaming in deathmatch is not allowed at all. Teaming with Juggernaut is not allowed at all.

1.16 No Account Sharing
Do not share accounts with other players under any circumstances. One player should only use an account. This means you cannot have multiple people using the same account.




2.1 No spamming
All spam constitutes a verbal warning before a mute. If it is extremely excessive, the first punishment will be a mute.
This is an English speaking server. Non English chat will be considered under this rule.
The following constitutes as spam;
- 5+ identical or very similar messages in a short burst of time
- 7+ identical or very similar messages over a longer period of time
- 10+ of the same character, or just gibberish e.g. "oooooooooooooooooo" or "dhjgfhvghshfsdhv"
- Multiple people sending the same or similar message outside of the limits above
- Overusing colour codes to make obnoxious chat is not allowed. This will be issued with a warning first.
Note: Any hacked client spam is considered Hacking, and will be punished as such.

2.2 No Being Disrespectful
We allow swearing and 'saltiness'. However, personal attacks and targeted harassment are unacceptable. This includes excessive insults, name-calling, spreading false information, sexual/explicit language and other forms of disrespectful behavior directed at specific individuals.

2.3 No advertising
2.3.1 Light advertising
- Asking players to join a competing server such as Complex via mentioning the server’s name in general conversation. This excludes servers like Hypixel, as they are not competitors and are of a level of notoriety that means they don't need advertising.
- Advertising YouTube or Twitch channels that do not contain OG Network content. This includes just telling players the name or posting the link.
- Discord links that are not the OG Network discord.
- Light advertising also excludes asking a competing player or faction to fight you on a practice server (Eg. let’s settle this dispute with a 5v5 on Velt)

2.3.2 Advertising
- Trying to recruit players to a competing server by giving out the IP.
- Any short link or link that doesn't go to a trusted website (YouTube, Instagram etc) - biturls for example. These may be IP grabbers, so don't click them!
- Directly and/or specifically advertising non OG Network content, websites, servers, etc. This can be "Join this server: [IP]" etc.

Media rank can advertise their channel, social media, videos & streams that are related to OG Network.

2.4 No Impersonation
Don’t impersonate staff, players, or Media.

2.5 No inappropriate chat
Do not use language that is inappropriate, vulgar, obscene, sexual. Any language deemed to be NSFW is also not allowed.

2.6 No hate speech
All derogatory language, racism, excessive direct insulting of another player, death threats, or speech intended to offend a player, group, race, sexual orientation, gender etc., is not allowed. DDOS threats are considered threats.

This applies to /msg, signs, books, item names etc.
