Make Beds Set Your Respawn Point

In vanilla, beds set your respawn point and when you die, you can respawn from them. On this SMP, however, you cannot, which makes long periods of travel a lot more difficult, and also makes it impossible to respawn from anywhere but a home. If this vanilla mechanic was accidentally broken, please add this back as it impacts the server experience in many ways. On the contrary, if this was intentionally broken, then I think that that move is pretty unfair, especially since you would be breaking one of Minecraft's core mechanics.

Please bring the respawn functionality of beds back.

If this gets implemented then a large part of new players will get bedtraped and because they couldnt leave they will guit the server. So I dont think it is a good idea even though it is vanilla

Besides the obvious point of bed camping being a thing. Couldn’t this just be solved by using a second home when you’re traveling.

some people can't afford ranks for multiple homes tho so how r plain members supposed to do that? u could also add a mechaic where u can choose to either repawn at ur bed or spawn when u die
