Maybe to help stop people spawn-killing there could be some sort of spawn-prot. If a new player joins the server, they get spawn prot for like 5 minutes. Or if someone dies, they get spawn prot for 2 mins. If a player tries to tp, or punches someone, they lose their spawn prot.
